Senior IT Project Manager/Scrum Master

**Overview:**

As a Senior IT Project Manager/Scrum Master, you will serve as the point of contact and client interface for project technology-related issues, manage project expectations, and ensure that program needs are met with respect to urgency and priority. You will lead and direct the successful delivery of application development, systems integration, infrastructure, and product installation/customization services. **Responsibilities:**

• Serve as the point of contact and client interface for project technology-related issues
• Manage project expectations, evaluate project needs, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure that program needs are met with respect to urgency and priority
• Develop trust, credibility, and strong client relationships; seeks opportunities to add value to internal and external client initiatives
• Review all project deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy meet project, stakeholder, and contractual standards
• Execute all project management functions including work breakdown and cost estimation, scheduling, monitoring and tracking of technical progress against the defined timetables and budgets, and staff assignment and development
• Lead and direct the successful delivery of application development, systems integration, infrastructure, and product installation/customization services
• Define and implement development plans for assigned projects
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach Agile teams
• Partner with Product Owners, technical leads, QA, business operations, shared services, and client-facing teams to align priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines
• Provide project and team performance metrics including status, risks, issues, dependencies, blockers, velocity, burnup/burndown, milestones, and decisions clearly to leadership and stakeholders
• Identify and resolve obstacles that may hinder the team's progress, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
• Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• *Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 7+ years of project management, Scrum Master, or Agile delivery experience
• 3+ years facilitating Scrum ceremonies for software development or IT delivery teams
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or Agile teams
• Experience creating project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and executive-level updates
• Experience working with technical teams, business stakeholders, QA, systems analysts, and production support teams
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I, SAFe Scrum Master, PMP, PMI-ACP (preferred)
