WHAT YOU'LL DO
This is asales position focused on building relationships with homeowners following storm damage. You'll receive hands-on coaching as you learn to:
- Connect with homeowners and schedule property evaluations
- Complete roof inspections and document storm-related damage
- Educate customers on the restoration process and available solutions
- Participate in ongoing coaching sessions that sharpen your skills and increase your earning potential

PAY AND ADVANCEMENT
First 30-60 Days: $5,000-$8,000 per month
Established Sales Representatives: $8,000-$15,000 per month
High Performers: $15,000-$25,000+ per month
Sales Leaders: $200,000-$350,000+ annually
