Do you find joy in the little things? The proud smile when a child writes their name for the first time. The excitement of a preschooler showing off their latest masterpiece. The endless questions, big imaginations, and belly laughs that make every day an adventure.

If that sounds like your happy place, you might be exactly who we're looking for.

Being a Lead Teacher isn't just a job—it's an opportunity to make a lasting impact during some of the most important years of a child's life. Every day, you'll help children build confidence, discover new skills, and develop a love of learning in a classroom filled with warmth, creativity, and fun.

As a Lead Teacher, you will:

Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel valued and supported

Bring learning to life through hands-on activities, exploration, and play

Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and your fellow teachers

Inspire curiosity, confidence, and independence in every child

Lead your classroom with positivity, patience, and enthusiasm

Mentor and support newer teachers, sharing best practices and helping them grow in their careers

Serve as a role model for your teaching team by fostering collaboration, teamwork, and a positive classroom culture

Partner with your team to create memorable experiences and celebrate milestones big and small

Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of every child in your care

We're looking for someone who is:

Passionate about early childhood education

Caring, energetic, and dependable

A natural relationship builder and coach

Creative, flexible, and ready to think on their feet

Excited to make a difference every single day

The days can be busy, messy, loud, and unpredictable—and we wouldn't have it any other way. If you're ready to inspire children, support fellow teachers, and help build confidence for life, we'd love to meet you.
