Position Overview

High Bridge Development is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to support our remodeling and construction teams throughout the Louisville area. This position combines material deliveries, inventory management, jobsite organization, and hands-on construction assistance.

The ideal candidate enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in organization, and is willing to help wherever needed to keep projects moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials, tools, and supplies to active jobsites.
• Pick up materials from suppliers, lumber yards, and vendors.
• Maintain company inventory of tools, equipment, and consumable materials.
• Organize trailers, storage areas, and company vehicles.
• Track and maintain jobsite materials and equipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials.
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist carpenters and field crews with demolition, framing, and general construction tasks.
• Remove debris and transport materials between projects.
• Perform daily vehicle and trailer inspections.
• Help ensure crews have the materials and tools necessary for each day's work.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to tow trailers
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds regularly.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Good organizational skills.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for communication and task management.
• Construction experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision.

Preferred Experience

• Residential construction
• Material handling and inventory management
• Delivery or logistics experience
• Basic carpentry or remodeling knowledge
• Experience operating trailers, skid steers, or forklifts

Compensation

• $21–$25 per hour based on experience.
• Overtime opportunities available.
• Paid holidays and paid time off.
• Company vehicle provided during work hours.
• Opportunity for advancement into lead carpenter or project management roles.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Occasional overtime as needed
