About the Role

We are currently seeking an Executive Coordinator who will support one of Bridgewater’s Investment Leaders by liaising with internal and external stakeholders on their behalf, fielding and prioritizing incoming requests, managing their commitments and calendars, installing and overseeing intra-team processes to ensure broad organization and coordination across their responsibilities. This role demands a highly organized candidate who can juggle multiple, sometimes competing, priorities seamlessly. Additionally, given the sensitive nature of information the team frequently engages in, we look for someone with unwavering professionalism, absolute discretion, and exceptional judgement.

You will drive the following responsibilities:

In partnership with the Investment Leader and their team, provide support through administrative dutie s including:

Serve as first point of contact on incoming scheduling and administrative requests for the Deputy CIO and the AIA at the Table research team, triaging and prioritizing in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Partner with the Chief of Staff to arrange and schedule numerous meetings; maintain and update calendars; determine the importance of meeting requests and schedule accordingly; demonstrate flexibility.

Proactively manage/coordinate daily logistics in office, travel arrangements, as well as internal and external engagements.

Provide support in managing projects and deadlines to ensure the executive is well-prepared and organized across all priorities.

Maintain records, organize files, and ensure easy access to important documents and information.

Run and improve smaller scale operational processes within the team.

Build and maintain clear communication channels within and outside the department, partnering well while pushing back when appropriate.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity

We are looking for candidates with the following minimum qualifications:

Extensive experience managing high volume scheduling or calendars

High empathy, affinity for working as a part of a team to support senior executives

Effective written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail

Excellent organizational skills and an ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, tasks/priorities with minimal error

Ability to independently anticipate problems and enjoys collaborative problem solving

Ability to think proactively and show initiative

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Physical Requirements:

The anticipated onsite requirement for this role is four days per week at our New York City campus.

Compensation:

The wage range for this role is $125,000 - $170,000 inclusive of base salary and discretionary bonus. The expected base salary for this role is between 80-90% of this wage range.
