Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Embrace ITAC’s Core Values in all aspects of the job.

Provide leadership and oversight for EHS initiatives on various projects.

Assist in the creation and refinement of Site-Specific EHS Plans that comply with regulatory requirements and ITAC standards.

Mentor less experienced EHS Coordinators and serve as a key resource for EHS related queries.

Oversee incident investigations, developing reports and action plans for corrective measures.

Conduct safety training sessions for project managers and field employees, fostering a culture of safety.

Evaluate field operations and implement improvements to enhance safety practices and adherence to regulations.

Conduct routine audits and inspections of projects, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for improvement.

Perform air quality monitoring, sampling, and analysis as necessary.

Maintain effective communication with other EHS personnel and project teams to convey safety concerns and solutions.
