Dental Hygienist - FT / PT (Sign On Bonus $3500 FT)

Location: St. Louis, MO

Full Time or Part Time

W2 or 1099

We are hiring a Licensed Dental Hygienist to join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals. This is an opportunity to work in a mission-driven, community health setting where you can make a meaningful impact on patient education, prevention, and overall oral health.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Competitive Pay:

W2 Up to $55/hour (based on experience)

1099 Up to $63/hour (based on experience

POSITION OVERVIEW

Provide preventive dental care and patient education while supporting dentists in delivering high-quality oral health services. You will play a key role in improving long-term patient outcomes through hygiene and education .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform dental cleanings (prophylaxis), scaling, and polishing

Remove plaque and calculus above and below the gumline

Take and process dental X-rays

Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as prescribed

Educate patients on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care

Conduct initial assessments of teeth and gums; report findings to Dentist

Record patient medical histories, vitals, and dental charting

Assist dentists during procedures as needed

Maintain infection control standards and sterilization protocols

Support patient scheduling, recall systems, and follow-up care

Focus on patient education and preventative care

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program

Active Missouri Dental Hygienist license (RDH or LDH) in good standing

CPR certification (or ability to obtain)

1+ year of experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)

Experience as a Dental Assistant is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail oriented and team focused
