You’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client care while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our busy veterinary hospital.
Responsibilities
- Greeting clients warmly as they enter the veterinary office.
- Managing incoming calls and scheduling appointments with precision.
- Processing patient records and providing detailed information about services.
- Collaborating closely with veterinarians and support staff to ensure each pet receives the attention it deserves.
- Handling client inquiries with empathy and professionalism, creating a comforting atmosphere during stressful situations.
- Working 4 ten‑hour shifts: Wednesday & Thursday 2pm – 12pm; Saturday & Sunday 8am – 6pm.
Qualifications
- High School diploma (required).
- At least 2 years of experience in a veterinary office or similar medical office.
- Passionate about client and patient care.
- Experience with phone triage and multi‑extension phone systems.
- Dependable.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the veterinary team.
- Proactive problem solver who remains calm under pressure.
