Overview
Join our dynamic construction team as a Skilled Construction Laborer and be a vital part of building projects from the ground up! In this energetic role, you will assist with various construction tasks, interpret technical drawings, operate power tools, and ensure safety standards are upheld at all times. Your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge will help bring construction plans to life while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative setting dedicated to quality craftsmanship and safety excellence. We work 4 10 hour days, 7am - 5:30pm Monday-Thursday
Responsibilities
- Operate power tools safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and assembling materials
- Handle manual tasks including lifting heavy materials, climbing scaffolding or ladders, and moving supplies across the site
- Support the installation of structural components by measuring, marking, and positioning materials accurately
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- MUST have hustle

- MUST have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction tools and equipment operation
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and material transportation safely
- Experience climbing ladders or scaffolding safely in various environmental conditions
- Skilled in operating power tools such as drills, saws, and grinders with precision and care

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
