Full-Time

Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Compensation Range: $25 – $30 per hour

About the Role

Support daily terminal and delivery operations in a fast-paced environment

Serve as a key operations and coordination partner for drivers, dock supervisors, and internal teams

Ensure smooth dock launches and high levels of on-time pickup and delivery performance

Provide consistent, high-quality customer and driver support

This role is onsite in Bloomington, CA and aligned to standard weekday business hours

What You’ll Do

Provide high-level customer service and operational support

Support drivers and serve as a primary point of contact during daily operations

Coordinate with dock supervisors to ensure successful daily dock launches

Lead and coordinate drivers to maintain on-time pickup and delivery performance

Maintain accurate driver records, including times, routes, and special handling instructions

Manage KPIs, open job reports, and daily POD reconciliation

Oversee pickup dispatch management, including B2B and B2C assignments

Support key customer accounts and provide ETAs as requested

Manually build jobs when required and input rate adjustments

Track and trace shipments to ensure service expectations are met

Provide ad-hoc delivery and pickup coverage as needed

Attend weekly operations meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated experience in customer support and customer satisfaction

Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve in real time

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools, systems, and processes

Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Ability to prioritize tasks and operate with a strong sense of urgency

Preferred Qualifications

Previous dispatch, transportation, or logistics experience

Bilingual in Spanish
