Shipping and Receiving Specialist

One of our bioscience clients is seeking a Sampling Support Technician to assist with day‑to‑day sampling coordination and documentation activities. This role works within an established process and supports organized, routine operations in a team environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in a health care environment, or up to 2 years in food handling

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Role Overview

This position supports sampling activities through basic coordination, record‑keeping, and administrative support tasks. The role focuses on following daily assignments, maintaining accurate documentation, and helping ensure information and materials are properly prepared and tracked.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing items and information needed for sampling activities
• Support routine preparation steps according to established guidelines
• Track samples and related items through labeling and basic handling steps
• Prepare items for storage or testing by ensuring proper labeling and documentation
