Responsibilities
- Conduct surveys accrediting or certifying facilities that serve residents of long-term care facilities
- Manage the survey process effectively
- Collaborate with internal and external customers
- Maintain current licensure to practice as an LCSW
Qualifications
- Must have a Master’s degree in Social Work
- Must have successfully completed CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training
- Must have passed the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT)
- At least two (2) years of recent experience working as a surveyor
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position
