Line Cook - Luxury Hotel

Location: Savannah, GA

Salary: $18 - $20 hourly

This growing hospitality company is looking for a Line Cook for their stunning roof top kitchen and bar in the heart of historic downtown Savannah, GA.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years progressive culinary experience
• Sauté and grill experience
• Strong understanding of scratch cooking, proper knife skills, and fundamental techniques

Responsibilities:

• Prepares food menu items as directed
• Practices safe handling of all food items, according to company process /policy and OSHA standards
• Multi-station execution (garde-manger, sauté, banquet, or dinner service)

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
