We are seeking a highly experienced and collaborative Senior Project Manager who excels in synchronizing teams and ensuring projects not only meet deadlines but stay within budget. This role involves overseeing the entire project development process, from conception to completion, aligning with program goals and objectives.
In this position, you will manage construction oversight, tackle complex project-related hurdles, and contribute to comprehensive project analysis. Your responsibilities will include developing reports, taking meeting minutes, managing correspondence and budgets, and ensuring effective project management techniques are applied to deliver value to our clients.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- 8 years of construction experience, specifically in large-scale building or rehabilitation projects.
- At least 4 years in a role equivalent to Assistant Project Manager, handling projects valued over $10 million.
- Experience managing at least 3 projects in medium to large urban areas.
- Proficient in managing projects using established controls and procedures.
- Expertise in job site leadership, especially in scheduling, safety, quality, coordination with designers, and addressing critical issues.
- Understanding of change order processes and contractor payment review/approval.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on fostering positive client relationships.
- Proactive approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work on-site five days a week in Syracuse, NY, or Binghamton, NY.

The base salary for this position ranges from $124,800.00 to $145,600.00, determined by work location, experience, and skills.
