Assistant General Manager- St. Louis Lambert International Airport

At Kingside Diner, located in the St. Louis Lambert International Airport, we are seeking a dedicated Assistant General Manager with primary ownership of Back of House (BOH) operations. While supporting overall restaurant execution as needed, day-to-day responsibilities are focused on leading the kitchen.

This role drives excellence in kitchen operations, including food quality, safety and sanitation compliance, inventory control, and BOH team development. The Assistant General Manager serves as the on-the-ground leader for BOH functions, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and adherence to company standards. Success in this role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and a hands-on approach in a high-volume kitchen environment.
