Regional Property Manager - Southeast, MI We are seeking a Regional Property Manager in Southeast, MI to lead a group of properties. The Regional Property Manager is responsible for overall site operations as well as motivating and training their teams through effective leadership and innovative ideas. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching and developing staff in their knowledge of property management, budget and financial management. The ideal candidate will be able to build and maintain professional relationships with property owners and various agencies.

You Have: Proven experience in Conventional and Market Rate Housing

Lease Up experience

Excellent Communication skills – both verbal and written

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

Ability to travel
