Responsibilities
Perform high-quality welding tasks to produce durable, reliable products.
Read and interpret measurements using a standard tape measure.
Execute basic math calculations for accurate fabrication.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.
Participate in on‑the‑job training to enhance skills and adapt to company processes.
Maintain a safe and efficient work environment in a manufacturing setting.
Requirements
Welding Skills: Must demonstrate proficiency in welding and pass a welding test.
Mechanical Aptitude: Strong ability to understand and work with mechanical system and tools.
Measurement and Math Skills: Ability to read a standard tape measure, perform basic math calculations, and read/write effectively.
Work Environment Adaptability: Comfortable working in a non‑climate‑controlled environment with moderate to loud noise levels.
Aluminum Welding Experience (preferred): Prior experience with aluminum welding is a plus.
Relatable Experience (preferred): Completion of welding classes or prior welding experience is a plus.

Shift Information
- st Shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm, Mon‑Thurs, 4 10‑hour shifts.
- nd Shift: 5:00pm - 3:30am, Mon‑Thurs, 4 10‑hour shifts.
Weekend Shift: 6:00am - 6:30pm, Fri‑Sun, 3 12‑hour shifts (work 36 hours get paid for 40)
Salary
$21.65 per hour
