Scope of Services
- Provide senior‑level consultative services and functional assistance for CAPPS Program (HR/Payroll, Financials, STARR, ancillary systems).
- Functional expertise in CAPPS HR/PY tower: Workforce Administration, Payroll Interface, Commitment Accounting, Time and Labor, TAM/CG, HR Security.
- Ensure FMLA compliance in CAPPS modules.
- Functional design phase: FDDs, configuration changes, PeopleSoft features (Page Configurator, Drop Zones, Event Mapping, Page Composer).
- Workflow configuration (AWE Approval Workflow Engine).
- Technical tools: App Designer, Integration Broker, SQR, BI Publisher, SQL.
- Security: PeopleSoft security, multi‑tenancy requirements, IT security measures.
- Batch job monitoring: schedules, execution, failures, dependencies, tuning, documentation.
- Tools: PUM, Fluid UI, Lifecycle mgmt, Elasticsearch, data migration.
- Collaboration: requirements gathering, UAT/regression testing, incident mgmt (ServiceNow, BOSSDesk), communication with 100+ agencies.
- Project coordination: fiscal year‑end, calendar year‑end, 1095‑C, legislative changes, third‑party integrations.
- Disaster Recovery: scope definition, backups validation, recovery execution, user validation, compliance reporting.
- Tier 2 Service Desk support.
- WCAG 2.1 accessibility compliance.
- ITIL principles for ITSM/ITAM.
- Participation in MIM process for P1/P2 incidents.
- Upgrade testing, CAPPS User Groups, Steering Committee presentations.
- SOC‑1 attestation audit participation.
