Responsibilities of Automotive Service Manager:
Oversee service department operations
Hire, train & develop automotive service team
Maintain a safe work environment
Maintain shop supplies & parts inventory
Drive production & enforce quality standards
Ensure a high level of customer service
Partner with other departments as needed
Requirements of Automotive Service Manager:
Automotive Service Manager experience
Valid driver's license
Good computer, leadership & customer service skills
