We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Estimator/Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
In addition to Estimating, project management duties will be expected. The responsibilities include preparing accurate construction estimates, evaluating project requirements as well as Project Management duties. The Estimator will work closely with Owner, inside and outside team to manage bidding processes and assist with project management tasks to ensure project success.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
-Proven experience in Construction Estimating for commercial projects Public and Private
-Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
-Knowledge and experience with most Roofing systems and materials
-Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial roofing projects from preliminary drawings and specifications
-Project Management skills to coordinate submittals, manage timelines and budgets effectively
-Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
-Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing information
-Proficiency in estimation and project management software
-Knowledge of industry codes, safety standards, and regulations is a plus

Salary
-Competitive Salary depending on Experience & existing relationships $120,000 - $200,000 plus Incentives
