A Miami-based general contractor and construction management firm founded in 1992, delivering high-end custom homes, condo interiors, and large-scale renovations. Known for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, they serve Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Monroe counties. With a tight-knit ~30-person team, they are expanding due to strong demand and a backlog of projects.

Job Description

• Manage ground-up luxury custom homes from start to finish
• Oversee projects ranging from $5M-$15M (5K-15K SF)
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site operations
• Work closely with SPM/PX and report on project progress
• Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction on-site

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management
• Proven ground-up luxury custom home experience in South FL
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Track record of delivering full-cycle projects
