Insurance Sales Representative - Entry Level

We are a call center seeking competitive money motivated individuals to help people make important decisions regarding their healthcare. No license or sales experience required to apply. We will pay and help you obtain a 2-40 license if you do not have one. *Not a remote position*

Compensation:

• Earning Potential: $75,000-$125,000+ per year
• $20/hr base pay + Commission
• Biweekly guaranteed income, sales contests & bonuses
• Uncapped commission potential – write your own check!
• Full time in-office, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a call center insurance sales environment
• Competitive and self-motivated personality
• Teachable attitude – we provide hands on sales training and mentorship
• Strong communication skills and confidence in an insurance sales environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• The ability to multitask and navigate multiple screens while talking on the phone
• Strong time-management skills
• Ability to pass a background check to obtain an insurance license
