Speech Language Pathologist | Schools Based

Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a school in Houston hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) for a full-time opportunity supporting students. This is a great role for clinicians looking to make a meaningful impact while having flexibility in their scope of responsibilities.

Position Overview

• Pay rate: $52 to $57 an hour
• Full-time school-based assignment
• Open to both monolingual and bilingual SLPs
• Opportunity to supervise an SLPA (optional)
• Supportive school environment with collaborative staff

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and provide speech-language therapy services
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school guidelines
• Supervise SLPA (if applicable)

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Texas SLP license (or in process)
• SLP-CCC required
• School-based experience preferred
