Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth while focusing on key performance metrics.
- Oversee the estimating and bidding process to secure profitable projects.
- Lead and develop crew leaders and staff, fostering a culture of accountability.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery across all accounts.
- Enhance customer retention and renewals through strong account management.
- Recruit and develop field teams in a dynamic and seasonal industry.
- Expand client accounts through local relationships and disciplined estimating.
- Collaborate with American Operator on strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of leadership experience, including 3 years overseeing field crews.
- Proven track record of P&L ownership.
- Experience leading a successful recurring-contract field services business, such as landscaping or similar trades.
- Willingness to relocate to our target markets.

- Possession of an Irrigator license or certification as a Commercial Pesticide Applicator.
Compensation
The compensation package includes a base salary of $130,000-$190,000, performance-based bonuses, equity participation starting at 10% ownership, with opportunities for growth based on your performance. A comprehensive benefits package is also offered.
Location
