- 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing the Ulta Beauty account (including Ulta’s Supplier Portal, buyer meetings, promotional calendar, and vendor compliance)
- Strong existing relationships and network within Ulta Beauty
- Background in retail account management or wholesale sales, with a minimum 3 years managing multi-door retail accounts
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proven ability to work independently, set priorities, and run account operations with minimal supervision
- Experience with EDI and item setup, backend vendor portals, and ERP systems such as NetSuite
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, One Note) and tools like Monday.com and Power BI
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills; ability to interpret sales data and present findings
- Experience building sales forecasts, tracking inventory, and coordinating with internal departments
- Must be based in or able to commute to White Plains, NY; travel required for account meetings and seasonal events
