Managing the sales efforts of Account Managers in the Midwest, the full-time remote Sales Manager - Nutrition will maximize sales and profit by guiding the team in identifying and converting new opportunities while ensuring commercial excellence. Key responsibilities Communicate sales strategies and set targets/KPIs for the team and individual Account Managers Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to develop Account Managers and improve team performance Oversee data administration and performance monitoring through CRM systems to drive sales initiatives Required qualifications Post-Secondary Education in Business, Science, or a related field preferred Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a sales capacity within the chemical distribution business Proven track record of achieving strong sales growth and meeting business objectives High school diploma required; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field preferred
