Conduct routine and specialized lab tests including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and others as per standardized protocols.

Evaluate test results for precision, identify and correct errors, and perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.

Assist in the collection of specimens and ensure proper preparation ahead of testing as required.

Thoroughly document all processes, mentor new staff or students, and uphold quality standards within the lab space.

Maintain a tidy and safe working environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Possess a bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree while preparing for ASCP/AMT certification.

Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hiring.

Demonstrated communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.

Display exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, essential for quality control and documentation accuracy.
