Qualifications:

• Active Ohio license in Occupational Therapy (required)
• Experience providing OT services in a school-based setting (preferred)
• Comfortable working with students from elementary through high school
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Adept at developing individualized intervention plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in line with IEP/504 plans
• Assess students functional abilities and needs in various school environments
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to develop individualized strategies and accommodations
• Document progress, maintain service records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Consult with school personnel to promote understanding of sensory, motor, and adaptive skill development
