About the Role

Key Responsibilities Manage and organize departmental calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings. Prepare and format documents, correspondence, reports, and presentations. Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails. Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including booking flights and accommodations. Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels. Assist with data entry and maintaining databases. Process expense reports and invoices accurately. Greet visitors and provide general administrative support to the department. Support the planning and execution of internal meetings and events. Ensure office equipment is functioning properly and report any issues. Assist with special projects as assigned by management. Requirements Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree is a plus. Experience with data entry and record-keeping. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
