Key Responsibilities
Provide expert-level customer support to Italian-speaking clients regarding cybersecurity products, services, and incidents via phone, email, and live chat
Diagnose and troubleshoot cybersecurity-related issues, including threats, vulnerabilities, account breaches, and software malfunctions, delivering timely and accurate resolutions
Guide clients through security protocols, best practices, and threat mitigation strategies in a clear and professional manner
Document all customer interactions, technical findings, and case resolutions accurately within the internal CRM and ticketing systems
Escalate complex or high-priority cybersecurity incidents to the appropriate internal technical teams, ensuring full continuity and follow-through
Monitor emerging cybersecurity trends and threats to remain up to date and provide informed, proactive support to clients
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including technical support, compliance, and account management to deliver a seamless client experience
Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes, knowledge bases, and internal documentation to enhance overall team performance
