Police Officer (Certified or Non-Certified)

CompensationCertified Police Officers

Starting pay is based on experience and qualifications:

• $29.29–$31.55/hour (2–5 years of experience)
• $31.55–$33.14/hour (5–7 years of experience)
• $33.14–$35.69/hour (7–10+ years of experience)

Non-Certified Police Officers

• Starting Pay: $26.63/hour

Additional Starting Pay Incentives

• +2% for prior military experience
• +1% for an Associate's degree
• +1% for a Bachelor's degree
