Our client, a nationally recognized law firm, is seeking an eDiscovery Litigation Support Project Manager to support complex litigation matters and oversee all phases of the electronic discovery lifecycle. This individual will partner closely with attorneys, clients, and vendors to manage large-scale discovery projects, implement Technology Assisted Review (TAR) workflows, and leverage advanced Relativity analytics and AI-powered review technologies, including Relativity aiR for Review. The ideal candidate will bring strong law firm experience, expertise in Relativity and AI-assisted review tools, and a proven track record managing complex, multi-party litigation matters involving significant data volumes. This role will serve as a key advisor to litigation teams on eDiscovery strategy, defensible AI workflows, and industry best practices. The position can be based in Los Angeles, CA, San Diego, CA, Salt Lake City, UT, Denver, CO, or Chicago, IL, with a preference for candidates located in the California offices. Initial training will be conducted onsite, after which the role will transition to a hybrid work arrangement based out of any of the approved office locations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all stages of the eDiscovery lifecycle including preservation, collection, processing, review, and production
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and workflows for complex litigation matters
  • Partner with litigation teams to design and execute TAR and AI-assisted review strategies
  • Evaluate, configure, and manage Relativity aiR for Review deployments
  • Provide reporting and analysis on AI review performance and workflow effectiveness
  • Advise attorneys on defensible AI and eDiscovery best practices
  • Assist with development of AI review protocols and validation methodologies
  • Serve as a primary contact for attorneys, clients, vendors, and opposing counsel regarding eDiscovery matters
  • Participate in ESI discussions, protocol negotiations, and compliance efforts
  • Prepare project documentation, status updates, metrics, and reporting
  • Perform quality control and validation reviews on data deliverables
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • JD, paralegal certificate, or advanced degree preferred
  • Several years of progressive eDiscovery project management experience
  • Direct law firm experience required
  • Strong knowledge of Relativity and advanced analytics tools
  • Experience implementing and managing TAR workflows
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted document review technologies
  • Ability to manage large-scale, complex litigation matters involving substantial data volumes
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification strongly preferred
  • Willingness to obtain RCA certification within one year if not currently certified

Expected salary for this role is $116,000 - $201,000, depending on location, and commensurate with experience, training, skills, qualifications, and other market factors.
