Managing relationships with strategic partners, the full-time Account Manager, Customer Success will support onboarding, monitor portfolio performance, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Shepherd partners through the onboarding process and develop technical expertise for performance improvements Track performance metrics and communicate client-facing documents regularly to ensure successful long-term relationships Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries from partner accounts and manage customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle Required qualifications: Proven account management or relevant experience, particularly in the energy or high-tech sector Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively at all organizational levels Experience managing multiple projects with attention to detail and a customer-first mentality Strong aptitude for technical and business concepts, with experience in software demonstrations and training BA/BS degree or equivalent, with at least two years of experience in a customer-facing role
