1st Semester Learning Specialist & 2nd Semester Kindergarten Teacher

Second Semester Pay $ 71,007

We are seeking a caring, patient, and dedicated educator to serve as a Learning Specialist and Kindergarten Teacher for the 2nd semester. The ideal candidate will support students’ academic, social and emotional growth while creating a warm and engaging classroom environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide individualized and small-group support to students with different learning needs.
• Work with teachers to identify student strengths, challenges, and appropriate learning strategies.
• Create and implement support plans to help students succeed academically.
• Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and administration about student progress.
• Teach kindergarten students during the 2nd semester, following the school curriculum.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons in literacy, math, social studies, and classroom routines.
• Foster a positive, nurturing, and structured classroom environment.
• Support students’ social-emotional development and classroom readiness.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
