In the sphere of healthcare, the Registered Nurse (RN) is entrusted with providing exceptional patient care and ensuring successful patient outcomes by skillfully and empathetically applying nursing knowledge. Responsibilities:
- Reviews patient needs and conditions within the assigned unit to ensure the delivery of nursing care that is individualized and caters to the specific needs of each patient.
- Assesses patient information, which involves medical records, diagnostic data, and current condition, to develop individualized nursing care plans.
- Creates nursing processes, such as medication administration and treatments, to provide comprehensive and effective patient care.
- Ensures the accuracy of medical records for compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Determine the patient's reaction to interventions and identify any additional interventions needed to achieve the specified care objectives.
- Plays a role in the collaborative efforts of the interdisciplinary care team for efficient care planning.
Education
- Required: Associate's Degree in NursingPreferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Experience
- Required: 1 year as a Registered NursePreferred: 1 year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations
