About the Role

We are a growing Orlando-based company seeking a motivated and dependable Sales Team Lead to support our real estate sales operations while providing customer support when needed.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in inside sales, customer service, retail sales, call centers, appointment setting, or real estate. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organized, reliable, coachable, and motivated to help a small team achieve strong results.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to leads, prospects, property owners, and customers.
  • Follow up with potential buyers and sellers throughout the sales process.
  • Support real estate sales activities, including acquisitions, dispositions, lead follow-up, and customer communication.
  • Schedule appointments, qualify leads, update CRM records, and maintain accurate notes.
  • Identify priority opportunities and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Work closely with team members to keep sales activities organized and moving forward.
  • Provide customer support for our local retail and service business as needed.
  • Communicate daily updates clearly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and phone skills.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers.
  • Sales-oriented with a positive, results-driven attitude.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized with good attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.

  • Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:

  • Inside sales or outbound sales
  • Call center or customer service
  • Retail sales or appointment setting
  • Lead generation and CRM management
  • Real estate sales, acquisitions, dispositions, or seller lead follow-up
  • Sales coordination or team leadership

Compensation

This is an independent contractor (1099) position.

  • $18–$20 per approved service hour.
  • Performance-based bonuses are available for qualifying real estate transactions that successfully close and fund.
  • Bonus opportunities are based on performance, follow-up quality, documentation, teamwork, and successful deal progression.

Schedule

Preferred schedule:

  • Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM (includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch break)
  • Alternating Saturdays: 12:00 PM–8:00 PM (includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch break)

Expected schedule ranges from 35–42 hours per week, depending on the week.
