JOB TITLE: Nurse Practitioner
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
The Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care to a specific out-patient and in-patient population.
REQUIREMENTS:
Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
Current Certification.
Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the practicing state.
