We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support multiple leaders within a fast-paced healthcare environment. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while providing high-level administrative support.

Location: Duarte, CA (Onsite)

Pay: $26.00–$29.00/hour

Type: 2-Month Contract with Possible Extension

Shift: 40 hours/week, 1st Shift, Onsite

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings and interviews
  • Schedule appointments and maintain multiple executive calendars
  • Update and format PowerPoint presentations
  • Organize and maintain electronic files using SharePoint
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide general administrative support
  • Coordinate catering and order meals for business meetings, physician lunches, and special events
  • Prepare documents, correspondence, spreadsheets, and reports
  • Conduct internet research and assist with various administrative projects
  • Support multiple supervisors in a fast-paced office environment

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of administrative assistant experience supporting multiple leaders
  • Strong experience with complex scheduling and calendar management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience using SharePoint for electronic document management preferred
  • Previous healthcare or HR administrative experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage competing priorities
