Job Details:
We are looking for a remote US contractor that will support the Operations team in developing workflows for our Doc Central database.
We expect as a minimum requirement strong experience with tool automation and Doc Central. Interview will test understanding of both.
Project Goals
Evaluate existing access management processes.
Take full ownership of process execution.
Develop a robust, automated mechanism to streamline workflows.
Contractor Requirements & Skills
Project Management: Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks using Cisco-approved tools.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with coding and macros to facilitate automation.
Process Improvement: Familiarity with Business Process Management (Greenbelt training a plus).
Estimated rate: XXX0 per hour
Location: Remote, US. Expected to work 9-5pm PST
