Brock Civil is the site development arm of Brock Built, handling earthwork, grading, utilities, and heavy civil projects across the Southeast. Projects range from $500K to $30M. The team is tight, self-directed, and built around people who know their craft and don't need their hand held.
This is not a standard trucking role. You'll haul heavy equipment to and from jobsites on a lowboy, and when the truck isn't needed, you'll get in the seat and run iron. The truck is based out of downtown Atlanta, so comfort navigating city streets and traffic is a must.

- Load, unload, and properly secure all loads for transport
- Conduct pre/post trip inspections and maintain DOT-compliant documentation
- Pull oversized/overweight permits and manage ELogs accurately
- Operate heavy equipment on jobsites when hauling duties aren't needed
- Keep the truck, trailer, and equipment clean and in serviceable condition
- Perform basic preventative maintenance and flag issues before they become problems
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and field crews across projects

- Comfortable operating in downtown Atlanta traffic
- Heavy equipment experience is a strong plus: excavators, dozers, wheel loaders, compactors, motor graders, haul trucks
- OSHA 30, site development or civil construction background, and bilingual English/Spanish are all a plus
- Must pass DOT drug screen and background check
Schedule & Compensation
- 40 to 55 hrs/week; overtime paid at 1.5x after 40
