Read This First

We've spent years building an operating model that works. It's proven, profitable, and ready to scale. Now we're looking for someone who can step into a system that already delivers results, execute it with discipline, and over time develop other leaders who can do the same.

Our goal is to build the best meal prep company in the country, and that requires exceptional people. If you're excited by high standards, continuous growth, and the opportunity to be surrounded by A+ teammates who push each other to be better every day, keep reading.

The Opportunity

We're hiring one person to join our leadership team as we continue to scale.

Here's the trajectory: you start by running a store at the level we expect, then move into a Multi-Unit Operator role running roughly five stores. Ultimately assume more responsibilities as My Fit Foods continues to scale. This is a leadership track, not a holding pattern, and the upside is built like ownership, not a bonus. The full breakdown is below.

What sets this apart is the exposure. You'll learn how we build culture, hold a high standard of accountability, architect and roll out directives, develop leaders, run meetings that drive action, turn high-level strategic P&L analysis into actionable growth plans, and make hard calls. You'll gain exposure to multi-departmental leadership strategies and the organizational systems that hold it all together.

What We Are Looking For

Someone who already leads. Not someone learning leadership for the first time, but someone who has carried responsibility for people and results. We'll teach you the My Fit Foods model and develop you within the role. What we can't teach is who you already are.

The single most important thing you bring is that you can coach. You understand human behavior and psychology, you can break down why a person performs the way they do, and you genuinely love helping people develop and thrive. That's the multiplier. Everything else, the systems and the numbers, we can teach you. The ability to develop people has to already be in you.

We need someone who is:

  • Experienced as a leader: you've led people and owned outcomes, with specific results you can point to
  • A coach first: you read people well, you break performance down to the behavior level, and you develop talent fast
  • A student: coachable, ego in check, always working to get better
  • Obsessed with the system: you want to understand how every piece connects, not just your slice
  • Selfless: you care about people and you want others to win
  • Disciplined and consistent: you live what you lead, and your standard doesn't move with your mood
  • A front-line leader: you lead from the floor, not from behind a desk

The Training Path

Our philosophy: you learn to be an individual performer first. Becoming excellent in the seat yourself is what gives you the nuanced understanding required to coach your team to do the same. You cannot coach what you have not done.

We will be direct about the depth. The understanding that we are asking you to build in each role is immense, and that's intentional. It's what produces the outcomes we hold ourselves to, and it separates an operator who can develop a team from one who just manages a schedule. The timeline below is a general guide that compresses with the experience you bring, and you're paid your full base from day one, not a training wage.

The path runs in deliberate phases:

Phase 1, Individual Performer: you learn each role by doing the work yourself. Customer experience and operations together (2 to 4 weeks), then marketing (4 weeks).

Phase 2, Manager Exposure: you step into the KPIs and responsibilities of the Customer Experience Manager and Marketing Manager roles, then the General Manager role. Roughly 2 to 3 months total.

Phase 3, General Manager: 6 to 18 months running a large AUV location with 20-plus employees. This is where you prove you can hold the standard at scale.

Phase 4, Multi-Unit Operator: once you've mastered a single store, you will be eligible to move into multi-unit leadership and take on roughly five stores.

By the end, you'll know what great looks like in every role, because you've done the work yourself.
