Division President

This position is responsible for management and organizational leadership of multiple SBUs to meet or exceed customer requirements, achieve profitable growth and increase the return on total investment. Responsible for all aspects of delivering operating income and EBITDA target percentages in line with overall established corporate/enterprise objectives for approximately 1300-1500 people with annual sales in the $700MM-$800MM range. This on site role requires the development of a positive work environment and organizational culture, which allows all employees to contribute at a high level towards customer satisfaction, while focusing on speed and continuous improvement.
