Batteries Plus Bulbs is seeking motivated and career-minded Retail Sales Professionals in the Aiken-North Augusta Area. As a Retail / Commercial Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to develop your sales, business, and technical skills in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment. **Responsibilities:**

• Provide exceptional customer service and troubleshoot electronic devices, including smartphones and other devices
• Repair and maintain electronic devices, with training provided by our expert technicians
• Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Participate in company goals and objectives, with a focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction
• Work an alternating evening and weekend schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
• *Qualifications:**
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Above-average interpersonal skills and a natural tendency to provide excellent customer service
• Mechanically inclined and able to perform troubleshooting and repairs on electronic devices
• Sales experience preferred, with the ability to demonstrate sales skills during an interview
• Reliable attendance and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate self-initiative
