**Overview:**
Batteries Plus Bulbs is seeking motivated and career-minded Retail Sales Professionals in the Aiken-North Augusta Area. As a Retail / Commercial Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to develop your sales, business, and technical skills in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment. **Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service and troubleshoot electronic devices, including smartphones and other devices
- Repair and maintain electronic devices, with training provided by our expert technicians
- Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Participate in company goals and objectives, with a focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Work an alternating evening and weekend schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
- *Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Above-average interpersonal skills and a natural tendency to provide excellent customer service
- Mechanically inclined and able to perform troubleshooting and repairs on electronic devices
- Sales experience preferred, with the ability to demonstrate sales skills during an interview
- Reliable attendance and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate self-initiative
