Vice President of Coding Operations

Job Summary

Partners with the Executive Vice President to establish strategic direction, operational priorities, and

performance objectives for the organization.

Leads the development and implementation of business

processes that drive coding efficiency, improve productivity and quality, exceed client expectations, and

achieve financial targets.

Provides oversight of domestic and global coding operations, including

production coding, auditing, quality assurance, and client support services.

Accountable for client implementation, operational performance, customer satisfaction, compliance, and risk management.
