Job Description:

As an estimator, you’ll play a crucial role in our shop by assessing vehicle damage, preparing detailed repair estimates, and communicating with customers and insurance companies. You will work closely with our technicians to ensure accurate estimates and timely repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect vehicles to identify damage and required repairs.
• Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software.
• Communicate with customers to explain the repair process and costs.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to ensure proper claims processing.
• Work with our technicians to understand repair requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for each estimate.

Requirements:

• Experience in auto body repair and estimating.
• Familiarity with estimating software (CCC ONE).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Certification in auto body estimating is a plus.
• I-Car Gold certified would be a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
