Scheduled Shift

  • Monday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Thursday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Friday - 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Saturday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Dispatch & Client Support Specialist to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with people, and helping ensure smooth daily operations. You will assist with customer communication, dispatch coordination, and operational support while working closely with our team to deliver excellent service.

Transportation or dispatch experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with dispatch and operational coordination
  • Communicate professionally with clients and team members
  • Provide excellent customer service by phone and email
  • Monitor trip details and assist with schedule updates
  • Enter and manage information accurately within company systems
  • Support daily transportation operations as needed

Qualifications
