Lawn Service Crew

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Lawn Service Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining beautiful landscapes, and works well as part of a team. This position involves installing and maintaining residential and commercial landscapes while providing high-quality service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns.
• Prune trees, shrubs, and hedges.
• Plant flowers, trees, shrubs, and other landscape materials.
• Install mulch, rock, sod, and irrigation components.
• Operate landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other hand and power tools.
• Clean up debris and maintain a neat, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or lawn care experience preferred but not required.
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience driving a landscaping dump truck with a trailer is a plus!
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
