Construction Project Manager - Memphis, TN

Hybrid: Remote, from home with about 30% travel to job sites

I'm partnering with a growing real estate investment and development firm to identify a Construction Project Manager to oversee a mix of new construction, renovations, and capital improvement projects, specifically an adaptive re-use of a historical building in the Memphis market. This individual will play a key role in managing timelines, budgets, and quality across commercial and industrial assets.

This position is responsible for end-to-end project execution, including cost estimation, scheduling, permitting coordination, and value engineering-particularly within adaptive reuse environments. You'll work closely with field teams, design partners, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with performance standards.

Ideal background:

• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Strong expertise in commercial/industrial projects
• Hands-on experience with cost estimation and budgeting
• Exposure to adaptive reuse of industrial or commercial properties
