Summary:

• Customer Service & Parts Coordinator position
• Support customers by scheduling service appointments and managing repair requests
• Maintain service tickets, parts inventory, and communication between customers and technicians
• Provide professional front-office support in a fast-paced service environment

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with scheduling service appointments and repair requests
• Create and manage service tickets, ensuring accurate data entry and timely communication with customers and technicians
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at the front counter and over the phone
• Order, receive, and organize parts while maintaining accurate inventory records
• Maintain accurate customer, inventory, and service documentation
• Support daily office and service operations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous customer service, administrative, dispatch, or service coordination experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
