LHH is partnering with a growing and collaborative organization in Downtown Austin seeking a Lead Treasury Analyst to join its finance team. Responsibilities

  • Lead daily cash management activities, including monitoring cash balances and liquidity across multiple accounts and entities
  • Prepare and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts
  • Analyze cash positions and recommend funding, investment, and borrowing strategies
  • Manage banking relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for banking partners
  • Oversee treasury operations, including wire transfers, ACH transactions, and account maintenance
  • Monitor debt activity, covenant compliance, and related reporting requirements
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close processes related to cash and treasury activities
  • Prepare treasury reports, KPIs, and presentations for senior leadership
  • Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, controls, and reporting efficiencies
  • Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Operations, and Executive Leadership on cash planning and strategic initiatives
  • Assist with treasury projects, system implementations, and process automation efforts
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of treasury, cash management, finance, or corporate accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of cash forecasting, liquidity management, and treasury operations
  • Experience managing banking platforms and relationships
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and analysis
  • Excellent communication and business partnering skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Experience with ERP systems and treasury management systems preferred

  • Multi-entity or multi-location organizations
  • Treasury reporting and cash forecasting
  • Debt compliance and lender reporting
  • Banking relationship management
  • Process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Leadership or mentoring experience
