LHH is partnering with a growing and collaborative organization in Downtown Austin seeking a Lead Treasury Analyst to join its finance team. Responsibilities
- Lead daily cash management activities, including monitoring cash balances and liquidity across multiple accounts and entities
- Prepare and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts
- Analyze cash positions and recommend funding, investment, and borrowing strategies
- Manage banking relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for banking partners
- Oversee treasury operations, including wire transfers, ACH transactions, and account maintenance
- Monitor debt activity, covenant compliance, and related reporting requirements
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes related to cash and treasury activities
- Prepare treasury reports, KPIs, and presentations for senior leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, controls, and reporting efficiencies
- Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Operations, and Executive Leadership on cash planning and strategic initiatives
- Assist with treasury projects, system implementations, and process automation efforts
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of treasury, cash management, finance, or corporate accounting experience
- Strong understanding of cash forecasting, liquidity management, and treasury operations
- Experience managing banking platforms and relationships
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and analysis
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience with ERP systems and treasury management systems preferred

- Treasury reporting and cash forecasting
- Debt compliance and lender reporting
- Banking relationship management
- Process improvement and automation initiatives
